These terms cover your use of this website and the room enquiry, viewing and contact processes on it. They do not replace, and are not, your tenancy agreement — the terms that actually govern a room at AXO are set out in the tenancy agreement you are sent to sign once your enquiry is progressed.
A room enquiry is not a booking
Submitting the "Find a room" form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking and not a contract. If a room of the type you asked for is available, we will hold it for a short period and send you a tenancy agreement to review and sign. No room is secured, and no rent is due, until that agreement is signed and any advance payment it requires has been made.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are per person, per week, in pounds sterling, and are correct at the time they were published to the site. They can change between an enquiry and a signed agreement — the price stated in your tenancy agreement is the one that applies.
Viewings
Booking a viewing reserves a time slot; it does not reserve a room. Viewings are subject to the building's availability and access arrangements on the day.
Website content
We try to keep property descriptions, room types and photography accurate and up to date. Photography is indicative of a room type rather than a guarantee of a specific room, and the exact room allocated is confirmed closer to move-in.
Cancelling an enquiry
You can withdraw a room enquiry at any time before signing a tenancy agreement by emailing info@axoliving.com. Cancellation terms after a tenancy agreement is signed are set out in that agreement.
