Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie this website sets, and every item it keeps in your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. It is part of our privacy policy.

In short: we don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share what you do here. The only optional feature is translation into another language, and it runs only if you agree to it.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. It is also in the footer of every page.

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and remember things you have asked it to remember. The law allows them without consent, and you can't turn them off here. None of them are shared with anyone else.

Preferences (optional)

If you agree to preferences cookies and choose Chinese, French, Italian or Spanish from the language menu, the page is translated by Google's website translator. Google then receives the text of the pages you view, your IP address and your browser details. Google may also set its own cookies, which are covered by Google's cookie policy. Nothing is sent to Google while the site is in English.

If you turn preferences off, we delete googtrans and show the page in English again.

Other services the site uses

To display the site, your browser also downloads files from these services. None of them set cookies through this website:

Esri (ArcGIS), for the map tiles on residence and location pages.
Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being sent by a person, not a script, when you book, ask for a viewing or send us a message. It runs only on those forms, and Cloudflare uses what it collects for that check alone, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
RoomLine, the system AXO's team uses, which provides prices, availability and the live chat. It keeps nothing in your browser apart from the chat items listed above.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, the site will still load, but it won't remember your cookie choice or an open chat.
