No traditional deposit
One week's rent paid in advance secures your room. It comes off your total rent, so it isn't an extra fee on top.
Short stays
Flexible stays are available at selected London and Coventry locations from a minimum of 30 days, subject to property and room type.
Safety and access
Keycard entry, CCTV and an on-site team at every residence. Staffing hours vary by building. Ask us about the one you're considering.
